Mediation is a confidential, problem-solving process in which the Mediator, a neutral, skilled third person, assists parties reach a voluntary agreement of their dispute. Mediation is NOT court. Witnesses are not presented at mediation and the Mediator does not decide how to resolve the dispute. The Mediator cannot "take sides" nor represent/give legal advice to any of the parties. The Mediator uses their skills and experience to help the parties develop agreements that they control and create, while bringing closure to the applicable dispute.

All of the Mediators on the Team continue to offer ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) mediation wherein all parties and attorneys participate from the safety and comfort of their own homes and/or offices and the mediation is conducted "virtually" or "remotely". The Team has utilized ODR mediation in over 1,400 cases since March of 2020 and has found the method to be productive and effective. A number of our Mediators offer in-person mediation. Please call or email us to inquire as to which mediators offer in-person mediation.

FULL-DAY SESSION (8 HOURS)

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; or other 8-hour block of time as available.

$1,400 per party

HALF-DAY PLUS SESSION (6 HOURS)

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; or other 6-hour block of time as available.

$1,100 per party

HALF-DAY SESSION (4 HOURS)

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.; or other 4-hour block of time as available .

$700 per party

HOURLY SESSIONS

Hourly rates are $175.00 per hour/per party - 2 hour minimum. Only offered for matters with limited issues and approval of the Mediator.

TEMPORARY ORDERS/TEMPORARY INJUNCTION MEDIATION:

In many cases, time is of the essence for issues that need quick results. Utilizing mediation for temporary matters provides a setting that offers flexible blocks of time, promotes creativity, and may set the tone for the remainder of the litigation. WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

Weekend and many holiday sessions are available at no additional cost. Session start and end times can be adjusted to fit the scheduling needs of the participants. Please inquire as to which mediators on the Team offer weekend and/or holiday sessions.
